     University of Pennsylvania's Top Think Tanks 2013 lists The Millennium Projects 6th in the world in the Special Achievement Category IV for “Best New Idea or Paradigm Developed by a Think Tank”.
    So what was the new idea or paradigm? Global participatory futures research: State of the Future Index, Global Futures Intelligence System, Tele-Nations, TransInstitutions, Real-Time Delphi, and US-China ten-year climate change goal with NASA-like R&D program to achieve it that others can join in.
